Our free version always remains free of charge. However, you can test all our premium features for 10 days. You do not then have to enter a payment method, but you will automatically be assigned the free plan. You can find the benefits and prices of our premium packages here. In addition to our software, we also recommend a Sales Navigator membership. As our customer, you get this completely free of charge for 2 months (if you haven't already had it)

No! Compleadly works completely free of charge for you for 10 days. You can use all features without restrictions. We don't want your credit card or a billing address. Only when you are convinced of our software will you be able to book one of our fair premium packages.

Since you do not enter any payment details, you automatically remain within the free range of functions after the premium trial period. There is no cost! After the trial period, you can take out a subscription directly in Compleadly.

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time at the end of the term! The deadline for termination is 1 day before the end of the term. If you want to cancel, you can easily do so directly in Compleadly, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp.

You can choose between a monthly and annual term (-20% discount). The terms are extended by the same duration if the subscription is not canceled.

You can pay for the subscription by credit card, debit card, PayPal and SEPA direct debit. The amount shown is due immediately and recurring until cancellation. Annual terms can also be paid via bank transfer.

Yes, you can continue working as usual. CompLeadly runs in the background. Just make sure your system meets the following minimum requirements:

- Windows & macOS: 8 GB RAM
- Linux: 4 GB RAM (Linux Ubuntu 20.04 LTS)
- At least 1 processor core, e.g. i3; better i5 depending on what else you're running.

The target group is created in the platform's own search. The link from the browser is then copied to CompLeadly, where you can save an unlimited number of target groups. The platforms themselves do not offer you any storage options.

Since social platforms limit the number of profile views and searches with a free account, you can’t avoid a paid membership. However, we can offer you the Sales Navigator at a significantly lower price. The filtering options there are better than with any other membership. And if you haven’t had a membership before, we’ll give you the Sales Navigator free for 2 months.

CompLeadly is fully legal and complies with all German laws, including GDPR. If it weren’t, we wouldn’t offer it at all.

CompLeadly includes a live onboarding and a setup assistant that helps you with the initial setup of CompLeadly. In addition, we provide a very detailed step-by-step guide and explanatory videos directly within the features. A 1:1 training session is also available for purchase.
