Wenn der Computer länger als 12h am Stück läuft, kann es sein, dass andere Programme CompLeadly stören, die nicht ordnungsgemäß beendet wurden vom Betriebssystem selbst. Da hilft nur ein Neustart des Computers.  
Sollte das Problem danach immer noch bestehen, drücke den Supportbutton.

### Fehler tritt beim Smart Chat auf

Wenn der Fehler bei Ausführung des Smart Chat auftritt, kann es sein, dass dir jemand eine komische Nachricht gesendet hat (nur Anhänge, Sprachnachricht oder Sonstiges).

1. Navigiere bitte zum Kontakt im Chat, wo der Smart Chat hängt und verwende "get page content" in der CompLeadly Chrome Extension.

Die Chrome Extension bekommst du im [Google Chrome Web Store](https://chromewebstore.google.com/). Einfach nach CompLeadly suchen und hinzufügen.
2. Archiviere nach dem drücken des "get page content" die betroffene LinkedIn Nachricht händisch. Dann wird der Kontakt übersprungen und die Smart Chat Nachricht läuft weiter.
